This assignment primarily focuses on the application of DT Technologies on MetroBus (Newfoundland Province transit) and Halifax transit (Nova Scotia Province) and observing its potential impacts. The paper must be persuasive for the owners of these businesses to initiate the shift toward Digital Transformation. It is a consulting paper for choosing a minimum of Three DT technologies that can be used for this company.
The main requirements are as follows:  
The requirements should be written for both companies and provide specific examples.
1. First, a detailed analysis of company porter's value chain should be demonstrated. The main analysis should be conducted on outbound logistics, inbound logistics, operations, human resources, and technological development. Students can do further breakdowns on other sectors of infrastructure, marketing, services, etc. to solidify their research.   
2. Furthermore, a SWOT, PESTEL, or Business Model Canvas analysis is mandatory to realize the potential strengths, weaknesses of businesses, opportunities, and threats of digital technologies.
3. Based on the application and functionality of the digital transformation technologies, the best options will be selected for the target department(s) related risks related to written the implementation of digital technologies.
4. Then, for each recommendation, two advantages and two disadvantages in a clear and concise form have to be shown in a persuasive tone to the business owners. The advantages and disadvantages must rely on authentic and valid resources.
5. Gantt Chart or any other chart is highly recommended to show the milestones and tasks in this project.
6. Students should show the type of change management model that they use for implementing the DT technology in that particular department(s) for each company. A brief layout of the change process indicates what will happen at each step of the change management process.
7. Finally, comparison and contrast of business models before and after the transformation for company will be shown to the client.
8. Compare both this companies before and after the digital transformation which can be adopted by the company as mentioned in this business report that should convince the owner.
