1. Training and development are essential for production efficiency so by 2023, training and development must provide employee satisfaction above 80% or higher.
Goal Revision
1. To my training and development goal of ensuring employees are feeling satisfied with the provided training and development. A revision I had to that set goal was that the company will provide required training to employees to provide the skills and knowledge needed for them to improve working performance within the company.
