Project Objectives

1) To record barcode information of materials upon arrival into the library.
2) To allow for electronic catalog used in easing the location of materials in the library.
3) To use barcode information in issuing and returning of materials.
4) To automatically notify borrowers of return dates and penalties if any.

Scope

The proposed system will aid university librarians in managing the operations of the university library. The areas of focus are the reception of materials from suppliers, cataloging, and issuing and returning of materials.

Need to analyse a project at any company: Project Charter if available, schedule, budget.

It should be just a high level no need to details in the activities

There should be a report evaluating the project whether it went fine or there were changes in scope or schedule or any tradeoffs and there should be a WBS, list of the activities, Gantt chart for the milestones and durations on Microsoft Project.

already did the assignment and the most requirements were achived but some still missing in the assignment such as WBS, Network diagram and Gantt chart for the milestones and durationsby using Microsoft Project please do the missing requirements that I mentioned it above, and add it to my assignment that I attached it The exactly thing that I want you to add it to the assignment are that WBS, Network diagram and Gantt chart And make it depending to my solution that I already solve it please send clear picture for MS Project and try to do WBS Please, I need the file of the Microsoft Project bcz I need to present it too.
