Designing an appraisal form

Human Business Corporation (HBC) is an HR consultancy firm which specialized in providing training service for small- and medium-sized businesses in Washington D.C. and New York City. HBC relies on four groups of training executives, where each unit includes five training executives and supervised by a unit manager, to provide training service to clients in these two cities.

Training executive is a critical part of the business of HBC. Each unit work as a team and responsible for delivering all-round training services to the clients, from conducting the needs assessment for the clients to the training evaluation. In HBC, a unit manager supervises the unit's operation and serves as the communication hub between the company and the clients. That is, when a client has comments or complaints regarding the training service, the unit manager will step up to handle it, and divert them to the relevant training executive.

The following are the job responsibilities of training executive in HBC:

- Perform training needs assessment for the clients to ensure that the training programme can meet the client's requirements and expectation

- Design high-quality training programmes to ensure that the client's concern can be fully addressed

- Develop high quality and organized training materials for programme delivery

- Demonstrate professional instructional style in training delivery

- Provide relevant support to the trainees during the training programme when necessary

Completing the required documentation to the customer service department for ongoing support to the client
