Task:
The purpose of this assignment is to use an active learning approach to understanding volunteer management practices from both an organisational and individual (volunteer) point of view while designing a volunteer management. Volunteer management which has at least three key functions:
• Recruit volunteers
• Schedule volunteers
• Communication with volunteers
This is a group assignment, so my task is to complete about Define, which can be divided into two points;
1. Current problems of volunteer management (list up) and evidence (e.g. Less volunteer motivation due to decrease number of volunteer year and year, low accessibility due to lack of marketing channel, etc).

2. Listing and pointing main problems we want to solve (5~7). MUST be needed followRecruit, Schedule and Communication.

For example: the employee's work enthusiasm is not very high, the reason may beCommunication (No department is responsible for giving feedback or handling employee complaints).
