Designing a questionnaire
Go to Survey Monkey, and using the free version, design a questionnaire with ten questions that could be given to HIM professionals to assess how confident they are in their knowledge of coding.
Note: This isn't a coding test, but a way to find out how confident coders are in their own knowledge/skills (so perhaps questions about resources used, comparison with peers, extra courses, etc)
State the purpose of the survey, describe the target audience for the survey and how you will use the results.
Do not use only 'yes' 'no' questions but try to incorporate a variety of formats including scales, bullets, text boxes, drop down boxes, and multiple choice questions.
Once you have completed the survey, copy the URL for the survey and paste it into a word document to upload here. I will mark your survey after I have viewed it.
