Reizo has been sending his resume via email to several organisations for the role of a data analyst. As is customary these days, he includes a short cover letter in the body of the email that introduces him, details his past experience in the field and explains his motivation to work in the role offered as well as in the specific firm. This is one of the cover letters that Reizo wrote to a recruiter from Deloitte: "I am Reizo Suzuki, an Industrial Engineering and Management graduate from Kyoto University, interested in applying for the position of Data Analyst at your organisation. As someone who enjoys problem-solving and has received extensive training in mathematical and analytical skills, I have a natural inclination towards data analytics. My internship with EXL Analytics in the summer of 2018, where I worked in the Risk Analysis division, taught me a lot about the field of data analytics. This experience ignited my interest in data analytics, encouraging me to pursue a couple of online courses to build my knowledge and understanding of this discipline. I believe that this job would provide me with an ideal opportunity to expand my gamut.
