1) Step 1: Design the structural components of a mortgage application that encompasses the Active Structure Concepts

2) Step 2: Using the Behaviour and Passive Concepts, model the mortgage application process that must be performed for the following business event:
a. Your process must start with the business event of 'Receive Mortgage Application.'
b. Use the correct structure relationship (lines) to connect the internal process to the external services and passive concepts

3) Step 3: Connect business roles from step 1 to the correct business services in step 2.
