Design the forward and reverse primers to mutate the followingcodons (just the internal primers, not the outside primers). Mutation primers are usually 20 nucleotides long, only design thento 9 nucleotides. Underline the mutant codon, and include at least3 nucleotides from each side of the primer so that the final primeris 9 nucleotides long.
