Question: You need to write an Individual design report for redesigning a product or service based on your group design project. The purpose of this assignment is to reflect on your learning experience throughout the module, to demonstrate individual effort and to show advancement of your learning as a professional in international business.

In your report, you will document:
1) the background research that you have conducted to elicit unmet user needs;
2) the design thinking approach that you have followed to redesign your chosen product or service;
3) the redesign itself in the form of a product prototype or service blueprint. You will have to document the learning activities (taking photos is an effective way to do this) to illustrate examples of your experience of redesigning an international business' product or service.

In your report, you will need to add a description summary for each step of the design thinking process as well as your actions / participation at each step of the design process. In addition you need to use and reference relevant literature, theory, methodologies, practices and design tools. You need to use relevant examples to illustrate the experiences and lessons learnt including photos of workshop group work and observation research.

Critical reflection on your experience of redesigning your product or service...you will need to reflect on the overall learning experience and to identify the design thinking skills that are important for a successful project in international business.
