Project Description:

The project scope includes the design of a new private school building in Chicago.

The building area is approximately 77,000 square feet with potential for a future expansion of 40,000 square feet (addition of two levels above the cafeteria/administrative block on the east end of the building).

The program includes exterior spaces, pre-kindergarten through 12th grade classrooms, labs, library, cafeteria, gymnasium, administration offices, and support spaces.

The scope of work excludes the soccer field and tennis court.

Design of the future expansion is also excluded from the current scope, however provisions have been made in the structural and services design for the future expansion.
