Develop a 4 week training plan for your client. And upload it as a file that can be shared to your client, as if they will be training remotely and will need to follow the program themselves.

This is a major piece of assessment, including all topics we have covered this semester - be sure design a comprehensive program and plan that you would be proud to share with your client. Will your client see improvement with this plan? Will your client see your plan and trust that you know what you are doing and why you are doing it? Is this a professional looking program that will help convince your client to continue working with you to achieve their goals beyond this training plan? You can define any training goal for the client that you wish.

Show variation, and progression of your exercises throughout the 4 weeks - working toward achieving the client goals/

Show the exercise selection and sequence for each training day?

Show the reps/ sets/ intensity/ rest time for each exercise?

Have you defined the training days each week, including the length of each session - will you be able to complete the exercises you selected (including all the sets of work) as well as a warm up and cool down as needed?

Are you able to justify the reasons WHY you have chosen each exercise, if the client was to ask you about it? Could you explain the variation and progression from week to week?
