• Support about 12 employees
• Files will need to be accessible on the network divided into the following categories:

o Publicly available to everyone on the network to read, but only management is able to modify.
o Organization information only available to management.
o Administrative data only available

• Three printers

o Public black and white printer
o Color printer with restricted access
o Reserved management printer

They've asked you to develop a set of documentation that includes 1) Naming standards for all resources and 2) an outline of the tools/steps that would be used for the configuration.
