Design a circuit to amplify the difference in battery voltage for 2 1.5V AA batteries. The difference in voltage (Bat A - Bat B) should be displayed on a +5V - 0 -5V meter. Each volt on the meter display should correspond to 10 mV of battery difference. Include your choice for all components and power supply voltages.
