Forecast revenues and expenses needed to reach goals based on design and implementation schedules created by the organization.

In a paper of 3-4 pages in length (not including your title page and references), identify the appropriate performance metrics and procedures you plan to use in a business evaluation.

Please refer to Chapter 2 and 3 of your textbook for information that you will need to complete this part of your project. Performance metrics can be found on pages 44-45 and pages 369-373, and the Balanced Scorecard method is explained on pages 46-51.

Your paper should include metrics important for your business and a short financial summary of projected revenues and costs so you can be prepared for high level expenses to get your business started. Assume you are pitching this to a venture capitalist or investor.

This exercise involves Steps 6 and 7 of the Seven Step Marketing Plan detailed in your textbook. Your paper on budget and evaluation will form Parts/Topics 6-8 in your completed Final Project that you will assemble and submit in Module 6.
