Question: For this assignment, you will create a location plan for a business of your choice. Follow the steps below to complete this assignment:

1. Choose an industry or a business that you have a passion for - for example, soap or candle making, etc.

2. Research your chosen business, and then describe in detail, general information about the business, including the industry it belongs to and basic elements of the business

3. Choose one method of your base of operation (i.e., how you want to operate your business):

• Brick-and-mortar

• E-commerce

• Mix between the two

4. Apply all of the applicable sections contained in Chapter 9.

5. Design and describe your physical facilities.

6. Perform a SWOT analysis on this location plan, with a minimum of five items in each quadrant. Also describe how you will overcome your weaknesses and threats.

7. Describe if your business model is going to be a B2B, B2C C2C, information-based, content-based, transaction-based, or emerging options, and why.

8. Use bold headings in your essay to separate the different sections of your plan as described above.

9. Follow APA guidelines for citing your sources and references.
