Design an evidence-based low back exercise program for Dr. Hairville. Design this program according to your review of the evidence and your knowledge of what will be best for the client. First, be sure to include specific examples of assessments you would complete and why you chose them. Cite your sources accordingly. Explain how you would progress the client and how you know when your client is ready to move to the next level. Ensure that after the four weeks of supervised instruction with you, Dr. Hairville will be able to make an adequate transition from a supervised program to an at-home program that he will be able to do on his own. Describe a plan for this transition. Be sure to include any preparticipation steps, SOAP notes, and FITT-VP in your response.
