For leadership, select one of these theories: Fiedler's contingency theory, path-goal theory, normative decision theory, or visionary leadership. Apply and analyze this theory to a real-world situation based on your current or previous work experiences. For example you could analyze a supervisor's leadership style and evaluate how effective the approach has been (no names or specific identifying traits should be included).
