Using PowerPoint slides, develop a slide presentation that explains or teaches a process to your audience. It can be anything that involves a process - making a pie, tying a shoelace, braiding hair, checking the air in tires. Be creative!
Who is your audience? Your classmates!
-Create 10-15 slides in PowerPoint that explain or teach a process.
-Design an effective opening slide. This slide should quickly tell us about the presentation and topic.
-type a "story board" with your slide titles. Make sure your presentation tells a story and explains a process.
-Initiate good design. The colors and fonts should convey the feeling and tone of your topic.
-Observe good balance in your slide design. Appropriate use of images, diagrams, words, and "white space."
-Create slides. Do not use the pre-packaged slide formats and templates provided with the PowerPoint program.
-In developing your PowerPoint, take pictures to illustrate or demonstrate your process. Your images should be clear, easily demonstrating the part of the process you are explaining.
