- Assume the bakery operates for 1 eight-hour shift per day.
- Assume a unit is equal to 1 dozen cupcakes and 40 units/day are required

Use the math functions in Excel to balance your line and calculate efficiencies. You have to show work using Excel and submit it with a word document indicating your findings. Use the following sections:

- Line Balance - what you did to balance the line, you can copy in your Excel work if needed.
