Question: Scenario: A worker has recently been promoted to a supervisory position and are now responsible for coordinating the work of four other employees. Two of the workers are more than 20 years older than the worker and have been with the company years longer than the worker has. Although the worker has tried to be supportive and have gone out of his way to praise their work, whenever there is some kind of disagreement, they go to the worker's boss with the problem. The worker has asked them repeatedly to come to him with whatever issues they have; they just ignore the worker and complain to other workers about the worker. Design a strategy for dealing with these workers and the worker's boss.
