Required -
1. Briefly describe the relevance of using BSC at your island country's Police Force.
2. Design a specific BSC for your island country's Police Force that it can use to measure its performance. The BSC must specify at least one objective, one Lag indicator and one Lead indicator for each of the four perspectives.
