After successful completion of the task 3 your job is to design a simple hydraulic braking system for a car. Use critical reflection to evaluate your finding and justify the valid conclusions and write a technical report including following parameter such as

  • Explain and conclude the viscosity of the fluid through synthesis of ideas for the hydraulic braking system of a car.
  • Validity of the result need to be evaluated using defined criteria (e.g viscosity of fluid and diameter of cylinder).
  • Explain the function of hydraulic braking system and also calculate the centre of pressure for the piston cylinder and slave cylinder.
  • Self-criticism of approach has to be taken into account in order to drive the relationship for area of cylinder and weight on the cylinder.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of hydraulic braking system and effect of Effort on diameter of cylinder by using your finding. Also evaluate your realistic improvements which need to proposed against defined characteristics for success.
