Reflecting on your DBA team's relationships and functionality, in light of the OD concepts and tools you have become familiar with as part of this problem-based learning course, will enable you to practically discern how effective and efficient the team operates and how well the team members relate to one another.
From an OD practitioner perspective, diagnose your DBA team, incorporating what you have learned about using OD concepts and tools to include the multiframe perspective used during the consulting engagement in this course [Bolman & Deal's (2017) Four-Frame Model, the Virtuous Business Model IWU, and the adaptation of the Comprehensive Model for Diagnosing Organizational Systems by Cummings & Worley (2009), as cited in AIHRA Digital, n.d., 2. Diagnostics section]. Write the response in the form of diagnostic feedback to the team.
Using the diagnostic feedback for the team from above, design a robust intervention strategy to include a SMART action plan for implementation, evaluation, and reinforcement initiatives.
