From an OD practitioner perspective, diagnose your DBA team, incorporating what you have learned about using OD concepts and tools to include the multiframe perspective used during the consulting engagement in this course [Bolman & Deal's (2017) Four-Frame Model, the Virtuous Business Model IWU, and the adaptation of the Comprehensive Model for Diagnosing Organizational Systems by Cummings & Worley (2009), as cited in AIHRA Digital, n.d., 2.
