Question: design a recruitment strategy that will include conducting a job analysis based on the position of a POLICE OFFICER. I must develop a job description, including, duties, tasks, and responsibilities, and the knowledge, skills, abilities and other competencies required for success in the job. Then develop an objective, non-discriminatory recruitment process in order to generate a pool of qualified candidates. The final step will be to develop an objective selection process to determine the most appropriate candidate for the job.
