Question: Racket programming language: the middle number. Only use racket: do not use any other programming language.

Design a racket function called find-middle-number. The goal of the function is to take lists composed of three numbers, such as (1 9 3) (3 2 1) (3 9 1) and count how many times the middle number appears in the lists. There can be as many lists as you want.

In the above example, should we want to check the number "9", the output would be 2, as 9 is the middle number in two of the lists. If we want to check the number "2", the output would be 1 as 2 is the middle number in only one of the sets.
