Question: For this project students will design a performance management system. The purpose of the project is to provide students with hands-on experience regarding performance management. Students will utilize their learning in the performance management classroom to design a performance management system incorporating the various components discussed.
Choice of Job and Company
First, choose a job for which the performance management system will be used. Next, do research on companies in which you would find your selected job. After researching companies, choose a company you wish to use as a part of the project. This will help you with the strategic planning portion of your paper.
