Based on known or researched people strategies and/or issues for a specific organisation, build a people analytics framework that will benefit different stakeholders in the organisation. Seek feedback on the initial framework from tutors and fellow students.

The Task in Detail
Choose an organisation to work on. The organization I have chosen is:
Part a) Your own choice of an organisation you know well: Zara/Inditex Annual report
You are asked to design a people-based analytic framework for the organisation. It will be in the form of a table or spreadsheet. This framework should meet at least some of the needs of each stakeholder group as follows: a) the shareholders/owners or government as appropriate (see note below) b) the senior management team in monitoring their key business strategies and their mission critical human capital; c) operational managersin maximising performance through their people and d) the HR department in monitoring its own effectiveness and in tracking specific initiatives and programmes it may have.
Your initial submission in draft will receive feedback from the tutors and you should also seek feedback from two fellow students.
Note that this is not an academic assignment and references are not required - it is a practical exercise
The structure of the assignment will be as follows:
Q1. An Introduction which will discuss the main issues that it needs to support and the sources of your information (500-1000 words)
Q2. The "Framework" of chosen measures - tabulated as instructed below (up to 6 metrics per stakeholder group)
Q3. A Summary Narrative covering the items in paragraph 8 below. (c 300-500 words)
Q4. A summary of what you learnt from the feedback and how this shaped your final submission (c 150-300 words)
