Design a one page flyer that gives parents information about one of the following chronic medical conditions discussed in the chapter- allergies, asthma, a blood disorder, diabetes, or epilepsy. An example of a flyer from First 5 California is attached.

Your flyer should be informative but also visually interesting and must include contact information for at least one local agency or organization where parents can get more information (but no doctor's offices or clinics!). LIf you choose a national organization, you must provide the local office contact information.
