Question: Design a nutrition prescription: kcals: grams of protein/d: Saturated Fat intake: fluids: Mrs. Bruce is an 88 year old widow who is hospitalized for shortness of breath due to congestive heart failure. She has been hospitalized 3 times in the past 6 months for similar symptoms. She lives in a small apartment in an assisted living facility. Her son lives nearby and does most of her grocery shopping. She reports that she follows a low sodium diet at home and doesn't use the salt shaker. She also states that her son helps her out by bringing food over so she doesn't have to prepare meals. During this admission you notice that the nursing graphics indicate that she's consuming <50% of her meals. She says "the food just doesn't taste good".
