Design a learning activity for an employee wellbeing program in the workplace, exploring methods to get the participants within the training program involved / interacting with the content.It is important to vary the types of activities you use when teaching content as participants have different learning preferences.

As you make your learning activities, consider learning preferences of your audience. Provide a thorough, detailed description of EACH activity and identify which specific learning preference from the VARK model and/or Kolb's Preferences each activity will cater to. Justify your responses.
