Question: Hari Joe is a leading retailer of soccer equipment, apparel, and accessories based in Kumasi, with retail locations in 12 regions. We seek to expand our online presence under the guidance of a director of e-marketing, a new managerial position to be based in our Kumasi headquarters.
The candidate who fills this position will be responsible for all non-/store aspects of our retailing efforts, including HariJoe's primary Ghana website and our country and region's websites around the world, search-related advertising strategies, search engine optimization strategies, social media strategy and campaigns, email marketing campaigns, clicks-and-bricks integration strategy, affiliate marketing campaigns, customer retention efforts, and all aspects of online marketing research.
The director of e-marketing will also work closely with the director of information technology to ensure the successful deployment of e-marketing platforms and with the director of retail operations to ensure a smooth clicks-and-bricks integration of offline and online retailing operations.
In addition to developing e-marketing strategies and directing e-marketing operations, the director is also responsible for leading a team of marketing and technical specialists who will implement and manage various programs.
