Northwind Sales Order Analytics Business Intelligence Project -

Objectives - This project enables the participants to review the learning's of the Business Intelligence Using QlikSense & Tableau.

The primary objective of the project is to enhance the participant's knowledge of QlikSense & Tableau in Exploratory Data Analytics & Visual Data Analytics skills.

Dataset - The data contains sales order data of Northwind (a general supplies company) for the period Apr-2013 to Mar-2015.

Calculated Columns:

SaleAmt = Quantity * SalePrice Less Discount

CostAmt = Quantity * CostPrice Less Discount

Margin = SaleAmt - CostAmt

Assignment -

Design a Data Viz App using Tableau. Provide Dashboard & Charts which will give the use maximum insights from this data

Users: Top Management

Formats: All dates to be dd-mmm-yyyy

All numbers to be 999,999,999.00

Requirements - Design two Data Viz App using QlikSense & Tableau each.

Provide Dashboard & Charts which will give the use maximum insights from this data as per requirements given below.

The participants are to create a mix of 7 Charts as given below.

The marks / grades for each table / chart also given along with. For the marks / grade for tables / charts marks will be assigned for choosing the right type of graph for the data to be presented.

Apart from creating charts, the participant will also be asked to specify the insight provided by the charts / tables. The value of the insights provided will also be judged as given below.
