1. Why is this an important research question to investigate in Sri Lanka?

3. Design a cohort study to investigate the risk factors of obesity in adolescents in Sri Lanka utilizing dietary assessment method and mention the strength and limitation of the dietary assessment method that you have chosen.

1. What did the evidence from the previous studies shown about the relation between beta-carotene and lung cancer?

3. The authors mentioned in the introduction that another study (Physicians' Health Study) did not demonstrate an effect of β-carotene supplementation on lung cancer (reference number 9 in article). Describe the reasons of the differences between the finding in the results.
