Design Requirements:

You are required to design a circuit that satisfies the following conditions:

1- The average power absorbed by the load resistor RL should be PLavg = 20.0W (or the closest possible value to 20.0W while using integer number of turns).

2- You can select the radius α of the coil to be only one of the following values: 10cm, 20cm, 25cm, or 30 cm.

3- The length l of the wire used to make the coil should be as short as possible.
