Design a business plan based on new innovative venture.
This assignment takes you step by step along the process of developing a business plan for a business. This involves working together in team to submit the assessment two components which include:
(a) The Business Plan Write up
The underlying basis for the write up of the business proposal will be an informed new idea or well researched and justifiable idea. The basic idea of this project is to show that you have moved beyond the basic common or generic idea stage and are now considering (a) whether the new product or service is feasible, (b) what needs it will meet, and (c) what potential market it exists. You need to describe in detail how the new product or service, new business or business model can actually be brought to market or fulfillment.

Product or service
This restaurant has 3 sections: a section for meat food and a section for seafood also features a unique design for the satisfaction of customers, such as Arabic session and drawings in the wall and others to get customers to rest and attract customers from many different nationalities. There is also a museum that talks about Omani history and culture. In section 3 is characterized by a photography session and also wearing traditional ability photography for several different nationalities and also characterized by background represents the Omani civilization of palm and old tools and others helps to know other nationalities about traditional types of Omani wear.
This restaurant is characterized by a variety of services to satisfy and create a suitable atmosphere for its customers, such as delivery service for all areas and book a room for family dining or meetings also features different sessions over the table and Arabic session.

The company background should provide a quick review of the company's legal structure, location, capital structure and the key people involved.
Business Goals and Objectives
Write the business goals. While the business goals are generally described as profitability, sustainability and social responsibility, the proponents may wish to innovate on these terms.
Write also the business objectives which maybe described in terms of revenue, return, reach, responsiveness, and recognition. The objectives maybe categorized into short and long-term objectives.

Provide a summarised marketing plan which should include the following:
a. Product or Service

b. Unique Selling Proposition
(Describe how your unique product/service will reach the specific target market. Mention why the target customer will prefer the proposed product over those of the competitors using the customers' QDP (quality, delivery and price) expectations as basis for discussion.
