Question 1. Design a bulk metal forming process to make the following tube:

The material used is an austenitic stainless steel 304. Design the deformed shapes (CAD drawings with dimensions) obtained in all operations (backward extrusion, forward extrusion and ironing).

Question 2. Design the tools (dies, punches, holders, etc) required for all these operations (CAD drawings with dimensions)

Question 3. Write a report, which contains the design methodology, CAD drawings with dimensions, any calculations required for the design such as force, pressure, friction etc.
