Design a benefit programme for employees in Private healthcare industries in  Malaysia Legally required benefits as listed below. Identify and discuss in-depth at least five recommendations of benefit options that should be provided. Your benefit programmed must consist of all types of benefits which are:

  1. Discretionary benefits - protection program
  2. Discretionary benefits - paid time off
  3. Discretionary benefits - services

For each recommendation, justify and discuss in detail why the benefit should be provided. Discuss how the benefit may contribute to the organizational performance in long term
