Design a 12-week periodized training program for the athlete described in the profile above. The program should be customized to help the client achieve his goal, while also helping the client improve performance in his occupational demands.

Be very specific in your program design. Your program should include:

  • Performance assessments
  • Warm-ups
  • Specific exercises, sets, reps, intensity, rest intervals that are periodized over the course of 12 weeks
  • Cool downs
  • Nutritional recommendations
  • An explanation of how the assessments, training program, and nutritional recommendations you provided are appropriate for the client
