Question

Descriptive Behavior Innovation (BI) is a clinic designed to provide therapy services based on ABA techniques. The company hires behavioral therapist leading to accomplish RBT's credentials and/or active registered behavioral therapists. BI is experiencing internal difficulties in structuring an efficient work environment. As a former student in the field of ABA, my job is to provide support identify the pressing issues. The following assessment leads to research on key factors affecting operational performance, prioritizing and address the necessary issues and formulate an immediate plan that helps addressing concerns adequately. Pinpoint Problems To address the identified issues, it is necessary to conduct an assessment to pinpoint specific triggers affecting management and staff performance. The observable and measurable terms include: the frequency of daily abrupt changes in intervention plans, the number of staff hired versus the number of children enrolled, the reduction in full-time employees' hours, and the duration of breaks between sessions. Additionally, I will measure staff attendance rates, instances of poor communication with management, the rate of note corrections, and the consistency of cleaning up during room transitions. It is required a secure permission from a supervisor to conduct this internal assessment, focusing on how management inconsistencies, such as insufficient.
