Please assist with this GRADUATE level assignment

You are starting a small business that will employ at least five different jobs initially. Decide on what type of business you are starting (write a sentence or two describing the business) and the jobs you will need to fill to start your business. Once you have decided on the type of business and jobs, develop one or two paragraphs outlining the duties of each of the five positions and determine a salary or wage rate for each job.

Use this as my small business:  EVENT PLANNING 

 Your assignment should include the following:

  • At least five different short descriptions of the jobs in your business;
  • A salary or wage range for each job;
  • A justification for setting the salary or wage ranges; and
