The presentation should have three primary components:

1. A brief description of the corporation, the business in which it is currently engaged, its strategy, and its competitive advantage. 2. 3. A description of the proposed HRM practices (i.e., training, talent management, recruitment, selection and assessment, labor relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management) that the corporation should follow, including a justification of how each practice takes into account or addresses the local issues described in (2) while supporting the corporation's competitive advantage described in (1).
