Anyone have an idea for a product/service that could fulfill the requirements of this project

1. The proposal should include the following sections:

(1) Executive summary (maximum: 100 words)

(2) Description of the technology. Please find a technology on your own (based on media reports, personal experience, etc.). It is perfectly fine to start from addressing consumer needs and then propose a technological solution.

(3) Strategic analysis of the technology. The analysis should clearly demonstrate the commercial potential of this technology. In the meantime, please address challenges and competition.

(4) Organizational analysis. Please discuss how to effectively organize the startup to utilize its commercial potential (need to be fully aware of organizational obstacles).

(5) Financial analysis. Please put financial knowledge into the context of a highly uncertain startup.

(6) Conclusion.
