Interim Progress Report
The interim progress reports should discuss experiences in the place of work, outlining any projects in which the student has been involved and reflecting on progress and skills development, particularly in relation to set goals and objectives for the placement year.

You Role will be that of Retail Store Manager
You will be responsible to look after the store operation day to day and also responsible for running the store operation at maximize point with ease and effective work. This role is an individual contributor and is reporting to the company Director.
Job description:
• Ordering stocks, tracking pricing and ensuring that goods are on the shelf and presented attractively.
• Managing inventories by executing buying plan and getting touch with suppliers and the analysis of potential causes of inconsistencies.
• Reporting on the retail store's profit and whether it is fulfilling revenue target, as well as keeping data and accounting transactions. (Financial records).
• Managing all controllable expenditures to maintain profitable operation
• Taking consideration of rules and regulation to operate the store as well monitoring staff behaviour, attitude. And for the positive reflation of the store presentation should be made to discuss to the director.
• Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analysing operation and financial statement for profitability ratios. Communicating over the phone and by email with clients, staff, senior employees, employees at other stores.
• Inspire the team to do best and sharing product awareness with customers and store's team member, delegating duties to staff such as stocking, customer service, cleaning and working the cash register activity.
