The situation: the property's retail operation has been severely affected by COVID-19 as most of the retail tenants have closed and are not paying rent. The loan on the property has been moved to special servicing which is one step removed from foreclosure.

You have been hired and given some data by Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) to come up with a creative plan that would revive retail occupancy and bring it up to 95%. The occupancy as of 1/01/21 stands at an abysmal 49% of the rentable retail are.
