Critically evaluate the HR problems/issue within the organization of Maldives Airports company limited (MACL) and answer the following questions.

The main HR issues in the selection process of MACL include that the organization doesn't carry out a reference check before onboarding. The organization believes that they don't have an effective and reliable way to test the background, personality, behavior, and attitude of the candidates. Currently, they does this by questioning the candidates.

The second issue is that the organization faces a fundamental barrier in selecting the right qualified and skilled candidates for the position of equipment handler. As the position requires the candidate to have a license in the C category, it seems that the country has a few people licensed in the C category.

a) Description of HR issues within the organization of MACL. the above mentioned two issues are the issues to be find, hence elaborate on the issues, explain the drawbacks of these issues.
