1. From the last class session, your group determined 10 specific resources that are necessary for your new society. Of these, choose 2 important resources to focus on which are diamonds and lithium

2. For each resource, you will write a description of the geological activity that makes that resource and where it might be found today.

Note: Your answers should include the tectonic setting at which this resource forms, the type of rock that it forms in, and what specific activity makes this resource in that rock. You should also include whether the resource forms at the same time as the rock or whether it forms due to later processes (and what those processes are, if so).
