Then, critically evaluate the plan, and recommend changes for improvement.
Include the following in your evaluation:

A brief description of the urban or regional setting, including demographics as location, population, major industries, and revenue sources.

A summary of the plan, including its date, location, and other relevant information.

An assessment regarding how well this plan addresses any four of the following seven areas:

1) transportation changes,
2) expansion,
3) increased needs for water and sewer services,
4) street maintenance and repair,
5) zoning,
6) consistency with existing facilities, and
7) emergency management

In response to disasters or terrorist acts, including police and fire services.
Recommendations regarding how would you change or enhance this plan.Support your report with a minimum of five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
