Assignment: Manager Interview
A report describing what learned from the interview with a manager. Describe some typical HR problems in the organization. Suggest some recommendations for these types of HR problems.
THE PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION MEETING:
Start off explaining the purpose of this interview.
And start off by appreciating the time and letting your person know that you value their time, and you will only take 15-20 minutes.
Start off DEFINING HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT. "By Human Resources we mean recruiting, selection/ staffing/hiring, training, and onboarding, performance management, unions, and safety. (I dropped pay because this is too sensitive for this interview.)

6. Does your organization use webinars, online learning, or other technology for employee training?
7. Training needs assessment is defined as studying what employee training is needed. ...How do you determine what employee training is offered?
8. Is there any kind of employee safety training?
