Task 1a - Project Proposal

This task should be presented as a single document and should include the following sections

Introduction
Describing the background to the project and its value to the target audience

Main Aims and Objectives
These should be unambiguous. Avoid meaningless verbs such as "look at...". "Consider... " etc. Try to pose a question which the work will provide an answer to. All objectives must be addressed by the study so avoid choosing too many.

Literature Review (in brief)
It is unlikely that you will have completed the search for literature at the time this task is required; so provide the type of literature and include the likely sources with some examples.

Methodology
Describe how you hope to achieve each of your Objectives - You should indicate:-
• Research strategy
• Information requirements and how such information will enable the objectives to be met
• Sources of information
• Tools and techniques for the collection of data.

The research topic is how UK Universities use their marketing to attract foreign students.
